About The Resort..

Nauders sits on the border of Italy and is not far from Switzerland as well. In fact it's easy enough to reach the small Italian ski resorts of Haider Alm and Schoneben. This is a good resort for families looking for a bit of peace and quiet. There are a few bars to enjoy some apres ski and you'll find that most people eat in their hotels. There's a nice mix of activities available for non skiers.

About The Mountain

The slopes above Nauders are called Bergkastel and you need to take a bus to get you to the lifts. You can also ski in Schoneben which is accessed from Reschen. The third place to explore is Haider Alm which sits above St Valentin.

Beginners - nursery slopes are situated mid mountain

Intermediates - you will enjoy the slopes in both Nauders ad Schoneben

Advanced - probably suggest hiring a guide and coming off piste where you can make your way back to Nauders. There are a couple of black runs, try Die Schwarze.

Snowboarders - There is a small park at Haider Alm and a boarder cross and half pipe in Nauders to play on.
